On a perfect spring day, Bob and Karen Schaible introduced their magnificent new layout to over 250 friends and family members--the Turtle Post Ranch Shortline Railroad opened in Tracy, CA in grand fashion, with eight giant hot air balloons taking flight, traditional railroad tunes played by a live brass band, a momentous Golden Spike Ceremony and, naturally, train rides for all assembled.

Roll Models also celebrated a day which saw its' full family of creations come together to make the TPRSRR. From Steaming Bays to the Sweet Creek steam engine, Passenger Cars to Passenger Stations, Track, Trolley, Speeder, Trailers, Big Box Cab, and scores of Rolling Stock, the TPRSRR put RMI's entire product offering to good use!
